Understanding Families in Idaho – Survey

This year’s survey collects information related to our 2020 Workshop. Even if you didn’t have the chance to participate in our workshop sessions, we hope you will take a moment and lend your voice to these important topics. Once the survey ends, we will publish our findings and use them in the statewide conversation happening about children’s mental health care in Idaho.

One important note: This year we are asking questions about restraint and seclusion in our schools. DisAbility Rights Idaho is currently collecting stories from families about their experiences surrounding restraint and seclusion, and you will have the chance to share your story with them if you choose.

Please encourage your friends and family members to take this survey if it applies to them. The more responses we have, the better our data is. You may wonder if your story is important, and we can promise you it is.
